1. About Bookmakers Den

Bookmakers Den provides horse-racing information, analysis, model prices, selections and related member content. Bookmakers Den does not accept, transmit or place wagers and is not a bookmaker or betting operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, purchase access or use member-only content.

3. Membership and access

Membership provides access to Bookmakers Den content for the period shown at purchase or activation. Weekly access may be offered at the price shown on the Membership page at the time of purchase.

Access is personal to the account holder. Login credentials and member-only content must not be shared, redistributed, resold or published without permission.

4. Racing information and opinions

Selections, model prices, market comparisons, Race Edge Watch information and Den AI commentary are opinions based on available information and may be wrong.

No selection, rating, model output or commentary is a guarantee of winning, profit or future performance. Past results do not guarantee future results.

5. Den AI

Den AI provides explanations and summaries using approved Bookmakers Den data. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should be treated as informational commentary rather than certainty or financial advice.

6. Payments and refunds

Where paid access is enabled, payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Bookmakers Den does not intend to store raw payment-card details.

Any refund request can be sent to mdkb72@outlook.com. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.

7. Availability

Racing data, market feeds, third-party services, internet services and website infrastructure may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or incorrect. Bookmakers Den does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Intellectual property

Bookmakers Den content, branding, analysis, written commentary, layouts, model outputs and member materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred by purchasing access.

9. Account suspension

Access may be suspended or cancelled where there is suspected misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud, abuse of the service or other serious breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Bookmakers Den develops. The current version will be published on this page.
